1. Booking & Payment

All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a booking, you agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.

3. Safety & Liability

Sauna use involves exposure to high temperatures. By booking, you acknowledge that you are in good health and have no medical conditions that would be adversely affected by heat exposure. Beach Sauna is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may occur during your session.

4. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session early if guests engage in disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

5. Private Events

For private events at customer locations, the customer is responsible for ensuring adequate space and access for our mobile sauna setup. Travel fees apply based on distance from our base location.
